2 Day Life Change Program

Program Length – 2 Days

Cost: $1,500 and includes accommodations at the nearby Marriot for you and a companion.

Day one includes a two hour consultation with Dr. Swilling to develop an individualized Self-Help Support program based on a completed Health Assessment Questionnaire, evaluation of lab tests and medical reports. Day two includes a follow-up with Dr. Swilling to review the individualized Self-Help Support Program to be applied at home.
